Accessibility Statement
Last updated: October 2026
Defensecoach Heating & Air wants defensecoach.beer to work for everyone, including people with disabilities. This statement describes our approach. It is a general template and is not legal advice.
What Are We Aiming For?
We want the site to be usable by as many people as possible. Our target is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, a widely used standard for accessible websites.
How Do We Try to Get There?
We aim to:
- Use clear headings and a logical page layout
- Add text alternatives for images that carry meaning
- Keep text readable with solid color contrast
- Support keyboard use
- Build pages that fit phones, tablets and computers
- Write in plain, simple language
- Label form fields clearly
Where Might It Fall Short?
Some parts of the site may not fully meet these standards yet. Third-party content, like embedded tools or services, may be outside our control. We check the site from time to time and fix problems as we find them.
What If Something Is Hard to Use?
You can still get help. Request a callback to speak with a provider, or email contact@defensecoach.beer and we will do our part to assist.
Can You Share Feedback?
Please do. Email contact@defensecoach.beer and tell us:
- Which page or feature gave you trouble
- What happened and what you expected
- The browser, device or assistive technology you used, if you know
We read each message and aim to reply within a few business days.
Is This Finished?
No, and it never quite is. As the site changes, we keep accessibility in mind and keep improving it.
